Refund Policy for Continuing Education Courses

We want you to feel confident in your decision to invest in your professional development. Please read the following refund policy carefully before enrolling.

Synchronous (Live In Person or Live Virtual) Course Refunds

Live courses (webinars, workshops, or trainings held on a specific date and time) require planning and limited space. As such, our refund policy for synchronous courses is as follows:

• Full refunds will be granted if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled course date.
• 50% refunds may be granted if the request is submitted 3–6 days before the course date.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the course begins or for no-shows.
