Competence in crisis is one of the most important things you can offer your clients — and one of the areas counselors most want to strengthen. This Clinical Excellence CE moves through structured risk assessment, safety planning, special population considerations, and crisis documentation standards using case-based learning that puts you in the clinical seat. You will not just review theory-  you will practice your thinking in real time, with peer dialogue, so that the next time a crisis walks into your office, you are ready. A clinical safety planning template and documentation checklist are included in your workbook.
You will be able to:

–     Conduct a structured clinical risk assessment with confidence

–     Develop individualized safety plans using evidence-informed frameworks

–     Document crisis interventions in ways that meet ethical and legal standards

Includes: Companion workbook with a safety planning template, risk/protective factor reference, and documentation checklist.
